Let’s make your Penbox forms truly reflect your brand. In the branding settings, you can personalize your forms by:

2. Configuring Your DNS Settings

Your contacts trust you to send safe and legitimate requests. To enhance this trust and reduce the risk of your emails being mistaken for phishing attempts, Penbox enables you to send requests through your own domain name.

Why Configure DNS?

• Avoid Suspicion: Contacts are increasingly cautious about unknown links. Using your domain helps reinforce legitimacy.

• Administrator: Full access to all Penbox features, including workspace settings and form configuration.
• Handler: Limited to basic Penbox functionalities, such as processing and sending requests.
• Restricted: Access is limited to only their own requests, without visibility into others' requests.
