  1. Select a Form Template: Choose a single form template that will be sent to all contacts in the campaign.
  2. Set Form Options: Customize form options that apply to all contacts in the campaign (if applicable).
  3. Create Requests in Draft: Generate all requests for the contacts, saving them as drafts for review.

    • In waves (recommended for campaigns with more than 100 contacts) to avoid overwhelming your systems or recipients.
