Sending Requests
Penbox is designed to make sending personalized forms simple and efficient. Directly from the app, you can:
- Select the form template you want to use.
- Input your contact's information.
- Personalize the form to match your contact's specific situation.
- Pre-fill the form with any existing information you already have.
1. How to Send a Simple Request to a Contact
Sending a request in Penbox is easy and can be done in a few simple steps. Here’s how:
Step 1: Select a Form Template
A form template is the form you’ll send to your contact. To select a form template:
- Click New Request in app.penbox.io.
- Choose the form template you want to send from the Form Overview.
Step 2: Fill in Your Contact Details
Next, provide all the necessary contact information. This ensures the request is sent correctly and includes relevant personalization.
- Customer's First & Last Name: The name will be used in the communication messages sent to your contact.
- Customer's Email or Mobile Phone Number: At least one of these fields is required. Based on the provided information, the request will be sent via email or SMS.
- Notification Email (if applicable): Add this if required by the form template.
Important: Some form templates may ask for additional required fields (marked by an asterisk). If these fields are incomplete or contain errors, you’ll see an error message prompting you to correct them.
