Step 3: Create and Schedule the Campaign in Penbox
Creating and scheduling a campaign in Penbox is straightforward. Follow these steps to efficiently set up your campaign, upload data, configure flow options, and schedule the requests.
1. Create a Campaign List
- Log in to app.penbox.io.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Campaigns & Lists.
- In the top bar, click on Create a Campaign.
- Enter the name of your campaign in the modal and click Create.
Once your campaign is created, you will go through four key steps: Upload, Mapping, Option, and Creation.
2. Upload Campaign Data (Upload)
- In the top-right corner, click on Add Data.
- In the pop-up, select Brio Files as your file type since the data will be extracted from Brio PLW and imported back into Brio PLW.
- Upload the 2 files you downloaded during Step 2 by clicking Load File
- Enter your Brio Affiliation Number when prompted.
- Click Upload Files to proceed.
3. Select Flow Options (Optional)
Once the upload is complete, you’ll proceed to the Options step.
- Review the flow options configured during Step 1.
- Click Validate Options to confirm your selections.
5. Create Requests and Schedule the Campaign
Generate Requests:
After validating your flow options, you’ll move to the Creation step.
- After validating your flow options, you’ll move to the Creation step.
- Click on Start Creating to generate all requests for the campaign.
This process may take a few minutes depending on the number of contacts.
Schedule the Campaign:
- In the top-right corner, click on Schedule. A popup will appear with several options.
- Configure the following options:
- Requests per wave: Choose the number of requests to send simultaneously (maximum: 200).
- Starting on: Select the date on which the campaign will begin.
- Time: Indicate the time each wave will be sent. (Recommendation: Schedule waves at 11:00 AM to maximize completion rates.)
- Day selection: Choose the days on which waves should be sent out.
- Once all options are set, click Start Scheduling to launch the campaign.

Your campaign is now live!
Important Notes:
- The process of scheduling all the requests may take a few minutes. During this time, avoid rescheduling the campaign.
- To view an updated overview of the scheduled requests, refresh the page after scheduling.
Pausing a Campaign
If you need to pause your campaign, follow these steps:
- In the Lists Overview, click on the campaign you want to pause.
- In the top-right corner, click on Pause.
- A popup will appear. Click Pause Requests to confirm.
Congratulations
Your campaign is now paused!

- The process of pausing all requests may take a few minutes. During this time, avoid attempting to pause the campaign again.
- To view an updated overview of the paused requests, refresh the page after pausing.
Rescheduling a Campaign
If you need to modify your campaign’s schedule, you can reschedule it after pausing. Simply follow the steps for launching a campaign as described above, updating the desired options in the Schedule popup.
