Step 4: Import back your data in BRIO

After your customer has completed the form, Penbox allows you to seamlessly update the policyholder's information in BRIO PLW. Follow the steps below to ensure the updated data is integrated into your BRIO system.


Quick Steps

  1. Log in to BRIO PLW.
  2. Select Process Received Responses (Binnengekomen antwoord(en) behandelen).
  3. Click on the row corresponding to the customer whose data you want to update.
  4. Click Save to confirm the updates.
